I launched a companion Youtube channel for the website yesterday which primarily is for the ‘A Quantum Of…‘ project but as a test run of how things work I’ve put up a book trailer, they’re all the rage it seems, for The Astonishing Adventures anthology which can also be found on that project’s page on this very site.
There are 10 short stories making up the anthology some are already finished and some a work in progress though their stories are set I’m just still typing and resisting the urge to change things. They range between 8000 to 16000 words so some are pushing the novella envelope but that’s fine it’s all good fun.
What are they, well the trailer gives you an idea of the overall arc but each one is different covering horror, sci-fi, fantasy, a western, and they’re all pure pulp fiction and I’ll write a better definition of that down the line. I’ll also post more details about each one here in the coming months, have to blog about something! 😄
Each tale gets a little spotlight in the trailer but just as a title list on their way are the short stories:
